Troubleshooting and getting help

To troubleshoot problems with your AX150SC, AX150SCi, AX150, and

AX150i storage system, use the troubleshooting trees in the

“Troubleshoot” section on the AX150 support website or the AX150-

Series Documentation CD. You must use the troubleshooting trees before

your service provider will send you a replacement part. To launch the

troubleshooting trees, click Interactive help tool in the “Troubleshoot”

section. The AX150 support website also includes a list of authorized

service providers.

The information on the website may be more up-to-date than the information

on the documentation CD. For information on how to access the AX150

support website, refer to the support information that shipped with the

storage system.
