Problem Details

Diagnostic files could not be instantiated, listed, or

retrieved on the peer storage processor.

Navisphere Express was not correctly sending along the

security credentials to the peer storage processor which

was then rejecting the request. Navisphere Express now

correctly sends along the credentials so that diagnostic files

can be instantiated, listed, and retrieved on the peer storage

processor.

Navisphere Express restricts IQN names to 47

characters.

Navisphere Express has changed the max size of the field

to adequately handle fully qualified IQN names.

Problem Details

Enabling or disabling CHAP on iSCSI AX150

storage systems will cause the iSCSI ports to no

longer be configured.

circumstances.

In certain conditions, Navisphere Express was using invalid

port speeds. Now, in those conditions, no port speed is

used to allow the default setting to be used.

When a language pack is installed on the storage

system, creating a virtual disk does not work as

intended. The storage system uses all remaining

space in the disk pool and creates one LUN.

Navisphere Express was comparing the localized unit string

specified by the user against the specific English string

options of GB and MB to determine what the user had

selected. In most cases a match was not made, which

caused Navisphere Express to default to binding all of the

available space. Navisphere Express now compares the

localized selection the user makes against the localized

versions of GB and MB.

SNMP traps sent from Navisphere Express may

contain the wrong IP address in the trap details.

circumstances.

Navisphere Express was using an older version of a third-

party DLL that did not allow this information to be set. The

third-party DLL has now been upgraded and this allows

Navisphere Express to correctly set the IP address within

the trap before sending it.

SNMP traps contain the wrong value for system

uptime.

circumstances.

Navisphere Express was using an older version of a third-

party DLL that did not calculate this value correctly. The

third-party DLL has now been upgraded and this value is

correctly displayed in the SNMP traps.

Emails sent from Navisphere Express while using

the Japanese language pack do not have the

subject line correctly translated.

Navisphere Express now correctly uses utf-8 format to

correctly translate the subject.
